adjustPrescriptionTreatments

Adjusts services in place on a prescription in any status except REJECTED and ENDED (REQ-CP-022.29 / BR-2). The status stays unchanged. Adjustments may change a service's cycle or reference value, remove it, or add a new one from the benefit catalogue.

While the prescription is planning-visible (every status but DRAFT and REJECTED) each adjustment creates a Storno audit entry (BR-3, REQ-CP-022.30) and updates the tour plan; the benefit calendar is derived from the prescription on read. On a DRAFT the adjustment only changes the draft — nothing is audited or planned.
