assignPrivateBenefitServiceArea

Sets or clears the service area a private benefit belongs to ("Gehört zu Dienstbereich"), see PrivateBenefit.belongsToServiceArea. Catalogue only, takes effect for the analytics at once.

Refuses a value with ANALYTICS_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_TENANT while the tenant has no analytics; clearing is always allowed. Refuses PRIVATE and an entry that is not a private benefit.
