recomputeOccupancyMonth

Recomputes the stored monthly results ("Monatsstände") of one month for every residential park the caller may view the analytics of, and waits until they are saved. Archived parks are left out.

The nightly job recomputes the current and the previous month and a closed month whose billing periods changed. Changes of rent contracts, care degrees, absences or apartment labels carry no change time, so they reach a closed month only through this mutation.

month is any date within the month asked for, the day is ignored.

The input names no park, so @auth checks analytics:report:view tenant-wide. The service checks the same first and then recomputes only the parks the caller holds it for.

Refused with ANALYTICS_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_TENANT while Huskycare has not unlocked the analytics for the tenant, whatever permissions the caller holds.
