saveSocialFactoringSettings

Stores the SozialFactoring account configuration of a residential park.

Systemadmin-only (REQ-BL-014.1), on the same feature as the on/off switch: the values identify a commercial account, so they are deliberately out of reach of park administration.

Every field is validated before anything is stored — a rejected input leaves the previous configuration untouched rather than half-applied.
