renameBenefitParagraph41

Renames a §41 day care catalogue entry.

The only way to change an entry's name: POST /v1/catalogue rejects an existing catalogue name and therefore only ever creates, and no other mutation touches the description. Restricted to §41 because that is the catalogue whose entry set is statutory, so a name there is a label on a fixed slot rather than the identity of a free-form entry.

Takes effect immediately. The short description is the position title on the invoice, so a recomputation of an already-closed period will carry the new name; invoices already generated hold their own frozen copy and do not change.
