setContractSpecialistFte

Sets the specialist full-time equivalents (PDL and PFK) of the park's care contract: the cap of the specialist staffing target in the staffing plan. It may be changed and cleared (null) at any time. Tenant admin only.

Refused with PARK_CONTRACT_SPECIALIST_FTE_NEGATIVE when the value is negative.
