Fills a park's month with demo data: generates the tour plan of every day that has none
(or regenerates every day with recreate), assigns a random suitable employee to each target
tour and checks off the open Leistungsnachweis items — roughly one in twenty is rejected instead.
Afterwards the park's draft billing periods of that month are recreated with fresh invoices;
confirmed billing periods and their invoices stay untouched.
