updateAnalyticsSettings

Stores the analytics settings of the tenant. Only what is sent is changed: a limit left out or a null revenuePlan stays as stored, so saving one part never writes back a stale copy of the other. A given revenue plan replaces its three lists as a whole; a given staffing plan replaces the whole staffing plan.

Refused with CONCURRENT_MODIFICATION when expectedVersion is given and the settings were changed in the meantime, or when another save wins the race.

Refused with ANALYTICS_BUDGET_USAGE_LIMIT_OUT_OF_RANGE when a limit is outside 0 to 1000 and with ANALYTICS_BUDGET_USAGE_LIMITS_NOT_ASCENDING when the yellow limit is not below the green one. The revenue plan settings, where given, are refused with the codes listed at RevenuePlanSettingsInput, the staffing plan with those listed at StaffingPlanParametersInput. Refused with ANALYTICS_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_TENANT while Huskycare has not unlocked the analytics for the tenant, whatever permissions the caller holds.
