recomputeStaffingMonth

Recomputes the stored staffing results of one month for every residential park the caller may view the analytics of, and waits until they are saved: the hours of the saved shift plan and of the attendance per qualification tier, and the revenue of the external ambulatory clients. Archived parks are left out. A park that fails does not stop the others; the call fails afterwards.

The nightly job recomputes the current and the previous month and every month without a result. A plan or an attendance carries no change time, so a correction in an older month reaches it only through this mutation.

month is any date within the month asked for, the day is ignored. A month after the current one is a bad request.

The input names no park, so @auth checks analytics:report:view tenant-wide. The service checks the same first and then recomputes only the parks the caller holds it for.

Refused with ANALYTICS_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_TENANT while Huskycare has not unlocked the analytics for the tenant, whatever permissions the caller holds.
