releaseInvoiceForSocialFactoring

Puts one invoice on its park's SozialFactoring stack by hand, making it RELEASED.

An invoice of a factoring park is released automatically when it is issued, but only if it goes out through the DTA. This mutation reaches the rest: a private invoice, one to a Beihilfestelle or a Sozialamt, a rent invoice, and the invoices issued before automatic release existed, which carry no socialFactoringStatus at all — there is deliberately no migration for them.

The park must have socialFactoringEnabled, and the invoice must be an issued receivable: ISSUED, SENT, SUCCESS or CLEARING_RECEIPT_CONFIRMED. A draft, a cancelled or a rejected invoice is refused. An invoice already RELEASED or TRANSMITTED is returned unchanged — a transmitted invoice never goes back on the stack.
