setLiveFrom

Sets the "Live ab" date of the residential park: the first month in which the park counts in the cross-park averages. Before that month, or while the date is null, the park is in its start-up phase. It may be changed and cleared (null) at any time. Tenant admin only.

Refused with PARK_LIVE_FROM_NOT_FIRST_OF_MONTH unless the date is the 1st of a month.
