experimental_generateTourPlanV2
Experimental mutation triggering the re generation of a new tour plan.
Uses the V2 implementation.
Returns a list of all updated tour plans. Like generateTourPlans, the times are estimated and
the tours are routed in the background; use generateTourPlans to get that job. A dry run
returns the estimated times, not a GraphHopper-optimized preview.
Requires authorization features: tour:plan:edit
