moveEmployeeToResidentialPark

Moves an employee to another residential park, with immediate effect. Tenant admins only.

The employee keeps their master data, qualifications, employee number, abbreviation, overtime and leave entitlements. Existing tour and shift assignments in the source park stay assigned to them; employeeMoveImpact reports those beforehand. Care team memberships of the source park are removed and the workspaces are cleared, because both belong to the park being left. The roles in the park being left are revoked unless keepSourceParkRoles says otherwise.
