AdjustPrescriptionTreatmentsInput

Input for adjustPrescriptionTreatments: in-place service adjustment on a prescription in any status except REJECTED and ENDED (REQ-CP-022.29). Adjustments may change, remove or add services. Storno audit entries (BR-3) are written only while the prescription is planning-visible, i.e. not on a DRAFT.
