MoveClientPayerConfigurationValidFromInput.validFrom ● Date! non-null scalar​

The new date this slice becomes effective. Must be the **1st of a calendar month** (Product Owner, 2026-09-09). A move to any other date is rejected — including a move that would take a migrated slice from one mid-month date to another. Re-submitting a slice's existing date is a no-op and is accepted, so a migrated mid-month slice stays editable.
