TreatmentAdjustmentInput

One adjustment to the services of a V2 prescription: change an existing service (cycle and/or reference value), remove it, or add a new one from the benefit catalogue. Exactly one of treatmentId and benefitPositionId must be set.

Adjustments are accepted in every status except REJECTED and ENDED — in place via adjustPrescriptionTreatments and alongside the transitions that carry adjustedTreatments. On a planning-visible prescription (every status but DRAFT and REJECTED) each adjustment creates a Storno audit entry (BR-3, REQ-CP-022.30) and updates planning; on a DRAFT it only changes the draft.

Fields​

TreatmentAdjustmentInput.benefitPositionId ● BenefitPositionID scalar​

The HKP benefit position to add as a new service. Mutually exclusive with treatmentId and invalid together with remove. cycle and referenceValue override the catalogue defaults for the new service when given.

TreatmentAdjustmentInput.cycle ● Cycle scalar​

New cycle. For an existing service it replaces the current one; null keeps it. For an added service it overrides the catalogue's default cycle. Must lie within the prescription period.

TreatmentAdjustmentInput.referenceValue ● Int scalar​

New reference value (0-99). For an existing service null keeps the current value; for an added service null uses the catalogue default.

TreatmentAdjustmentInput.remove ● Boolean scalar​

If true, removes the service named by treatmentId.

TreatmentAdjustmentInput.treatmentId ● TreatmentID scalar​

The service to change or remove. Mutually exclusive with benefitPositionId.
