PrescriptionHeaderInput

The header of a prescription as the document in hand states it: period, issue date, issuer and diagnoses. Carried by the transitions that keep the header editable (receivePrescription, requestPrescriptionApproval, partiallyApprovePrescription), so a VO that has left DRAFT can still be brought in line with the paper. Overwrite semantics, like savePrescriptionDraft: every field is written, so send the unchanged ones too. The prescribing doctor is not part of it — the transitions that may name one carry prescriptionDoctorId themselves.

A period change on a planned prescription reaches the tour plan like any other period change, effective tomorrow at the earliest. Header changes are not audited.

Fields​

PrescriptionHeaderInput.endDate ● Date scalar​

End date of the prescription; null means open-ended (Dauer-VO).

PrescriptionHeaderInput.icd10Codes ● [ICD10CodeInput!] list input​

List of ICD-10 diagnosis codes (max 4); null or empty clears them.

PrescriptionHeaderInput.issuedAt ● Date! non-null scalar​

Date on which the prescription was issued.

PrescriptionHeaderInput.issuedBy ● String scalar​

Issuer (prescribing doctor or hospital) as printed on the document.

PrescriptionHeaderInput.startDate ● Date! non-null scalar​

Start date of the prescription.
