The target per apartment group that has a staffing setting, in the order of the occupancy report. Empty while staffing.target is null. A group without a setting is left out and named by a hint.

StaffingReport.inStartUp ● Boolean! non-null scalar​

True while the park has no "Live ab" or "Live ab" is after the first of the month.

StaffingReport.month ● Date! non-null scalar​

The first day of the month.

StaffingReport.park ● ResidentialPark! non-null object​
