START_OF_TIME_BLOCK and END_OF_TIME_BLOCK resolve to their timeOfDayReferences, the Day Care positions to NOON, and AS_FIRST_BLOCK / AS_LAST_BLOCK to the first resp. last Zeitblock of the activity's Shift. Empty only for a Nachtdienst activity in a Park that has since switched to the 2-Schicht model.
