ClientPayerParties

Everyone who pays, or is billed, in one time slice — recorded exactly once, with their address and file reference, and never copied into a Dienstbereich (REQ-CL-004.8, REQ-CL-004.9, REQ-CL-004.13).

This is the load-bearing part of the model: a Dienstbereich that has not been touched holds *no* copy of these values, it stays coupled to them. A change of fund a year later is therefore picked up by every untouched Dienstbereich on its own, instead of leaving stale values behind in each one.

Fields​

ClientPayerParties.beamtenbeihilfe ● BeamtenbeihilfeParty object​

The Beamtenbeihilfe paying beside the fund, if one has been added.

ClientPayerParties.differingHealthInsurance ● FundParty object​

A Krankenkasse differing from fund. Null means "the same fund answers both blocks", which is the normal case; set it only when the 10-digit and 18-digit IK do not belong together.

ClientPayerParties.fund ● FundParty object​

The Kasse. Required in the user flow — it is the one entry that makes a client billable — but nullable here, so a self-payer with no insurance at all, and legacy data that never named a funding agency, remain representable. Without it every Dienstbereich resolves to NO_COVERAGE.

ClientPayerParties.privateRecipient ● PrivateRecipient! non-null object​

Who is billed for what nobody else takes over. Defaults to the client themselves.

ClientPayerParties.sozialhilfetraeger ● SozialhilfetraegerParty object​

The Sozialhilfeträger bearing the Eigenanteil, if one has been added.
