Fields​

OccupancyYearMonth.apartments ● Int scalar​

The apartments of the park that carry the label, as stored when the month was computed. Null without figures and for the group without label.

OccupancyYearMonth.budgetUsage ● BigDecimal scalar​

The invoiced amount divided by what the §36 ceiling allows, e.g. 0.85 for 85 percent. Null when either is missing or the possible revenue is zero.

OccupancyYearMonth.month ● Date! non-null scalar​

The first day of the month; for the year to date the last month it spans.

OccupancyYearMonth.occupancy ● BigDecimal scalar​

residents divided by apartments, e.g. 0.88 for 88 percent. Null when either is missing or there are no apartments.

OccupancyYearMonth.residents ● BigDecimal scalar​

The sum of residentsPerCareDegree. Null without figures.

OccupancyYearMonth.residentsPerCareDegree ● [BigDecimal]! non-null scalar​

The average residents of the group per care degree, in a fixed order like the cells of the occupancy report: without care degree, then care degree 1 to 5. Six entries, each null without figures.
