The cap of the park in FTE. Null while none is set.

Whether the park has a cap.

StaffingCap.demand ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

The specialist FTE the groups need before the cap.

StaffingCap.effective ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

The specialist FTE of the target: the demand limited by the cap.

StaffingCap.surplus ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

The FTE of the demand above the cap, counted in the one-year tier instead. Zero without a cap and while the demand is within it.
