FundParty

The Kasse: a funding agency plus the client's number with it (REQ-CL-004.8.a). Recorded once for the whole time slice, never per Dienstbereich — the 10-digit IK of the Krankenkasse and the 18-digit IK of the matching Pflegekasse belong together, so one entry answers both blocks.
