OccupancyOverviewAverage

The average row of an overview table. Only parks that count are included: past "Live ab" in the month and with residents in the group that month. All six care degree columns share one divisor.

Fields​

OccupancyOverviewAverage.apartments ● BigDecimal scalar​

The apartments with the label per counted park on average. Null when no park counts.

OccupancyOverviewAverage.budgetUsage ● BigDecimal scalar​

Weighted: the sum of the revenue over the sum of the possible revenue of the counted parks (in the year-to-date table: of all counted park-months), never the mean of percentages. A counted park without revenue enters neither sum. Null when none has a revenue.

OccupancyOverviewAverage.occupancy ● BigDecimal scalar​

The month view: the residents of the counted parks over their apartments. The year-to-date table: the mean of the monthly values. Null when no park counts or there are no apartments.

OccupancyOverviewAverage.parks ● Int scalar​

How many parks count. Null in the year-to-date table, where it differs per month.

OccupancyOverviewAverage.residents ● BigDecimal scalar​

The sum of residentsPerCareDegree. Null when no park counts.

Per care degree, in the order of the rows: the sum over the counted parks divided by their number. In the year-to-date table the mean of the monthly averages over the months in which at least one park counts. Null entries when no park counts.
