OccupancyOverviewRow

The figures of one residential park for the selected group. Without a stored result for the month (or for any month of the span) the figures are null, apartments is 0 and there are no hints. In the year-to-date table the figures are means over the months with a stored result, as noted per field.

OccupancyOverviewRow.apartments ● Int! non-null scalar​

The number of apartments of the park that carry the label, as stored when the month was computed (in the year-to-date table: of the last month of the span). 0 without a stored result or when no apartment carries the label.

OccupancyOverviewRow.budgetUsage ● BigDecimal scalar​

revenue divided by possibleRevenue, e.g. 0.85 for 85 percent. Null when either is missing or the possible revenue is zero. In the year-to-date table weighted over the months with a revenue: the sums, not the mean of the monthly percentages.

What looks wrong in the data of the park. Empty if nothing was found.

OccupancyOverviewRow.inStartUp ● Boolean! non-null scalar​

True while the park is in its start-up phase: it has no "Live ab", or "Live ab" is after the first of the month (in the year-to-date table: after the first of the last month of the span). Such a park is listed but excluded from the average. Decided from "Live ab" as it is now, never stored.

residents divided by apartments, e.g. 0.88 for 88 percent. Null when either is missing or there are no apartments with the label.

The average residents of the group per care degree, in a fixed order like the cells of the occupancy report: without care degree, then care degree 1 to 5. Six entries, null each without a stored result. A month in which the group has no residents is 0. In the year-to-date table the mean over the months with a stored result in which the park had residents in any group; a month without any resident of the park does not enter.

OccupancyOverviewRow.revenue ● BigDecimal scalar​

The invoiced amount in euro of the group, as defined for the cells of the occupancy report, summed over the six care degrees. Null while no resident's invoice of the month counts. In the year-to-date table the sum over the months with a revenue.

OccupancyOverviewRow.trend ● [BigDecimal]! non-null scalar​

The residents of the group in total in each of the twelve months ending at the selected month, oldest first, always twelve entries, null for a month without a stored result and for a month in which the park had no resident in any group (it was not open yet). The same in both tables.
