The tenant-wide parameters of the revenue plan. Prices and budgets are not among them: they come from the catalogue.

Fields​

RevenuePlanParameters.accommodationAndFoodPerDay ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

Accommodation and food in euros per resident and day without the apprentice levy, for groups planned per day. Default 29.08.

RevenuePlanParameters.apprenticeLevyPerDay ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

The apprentice levy in euros per resident and day, for groups planned per day. Default 3.43.

RevenuePlanParameters.baseMonths ● Int! non-null scalar​

How many completed months before the planned month the average residents, presence factor and budget usage are taken from, 1 to 12. Default 6.

RevenuePlanParameters.compensationSurchargePerDay ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

The §43b surcharge in euros per resident and day, for groups planned per day. Default 9.25.

RevenuePlanParameters.preventiveCareFactor ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

The share of the §39 amount that is actually taken. Default 0.48.
