TerminationInfo

Termination metadata for a prematurely-ended prescription (BR-9, REQ-CP-022.34, .35). Applies to the whole prescription, not to individual services.

Fields​

TerminationInfo.decidedAt ● Date! non-null scalar​

When the termination decision was recorded.

TerminationInfo.endDate ● Date! non-null scalar​

The (whole-VO) end date decided at termination.

TerminationInfo.previousEndDate ● Date scalar​

The end date the prescription carried before it was cut short, which endDate above has replaced on the prescription itself — the only record of how long the VO originally ran. Null for a Dauer-VO, which had no end date to lose, and for prescriptions terminated before this field existed.

TerminationInfo.reason ● String scalar​

Optional reason captured on the flyout.
