OccupancyReportCell

The figures of one apartment group and one care degree, and the residents behind them. A resident is counted in the care degree valid on each day, so a resident whose care degree changes within the month appears in several cells.

Fields

OccupancyReportCell.absenceDays ● Int! non-null scalar

Present days on which the resident was away for the whole day.

OccupancyReportCell.budgetUsage ● BigDecimal scalar

revenue divided by possibleRevenue, e.g. 0.85 for 85 percent. Null if either is missing or the possible revenue is zero. Can exceed 1: the revenue includes private charges, the possible revenue only the §36 ceiling.

OccupancyReportCell.careDegreeLevel ● CareDegreeLevel enum

The care degree of the column. Null for the residents without care degree ("Ohne PG").

OccupancyReportCell.daysWithoutCareInsuranceContract ● Int scalar

Present days with a care degree but without an active care contract with §36 benefits. Null in the column without care degree, where it does not apply.

OccupancyReportCell.possibleRevenue ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar

What the statutory §36 in-kind ceiling of the care degree allows for the days that count, spread over the month, in euro. Zero in the column without care degree.

OccupancyReportCell.presenceDays ● Int! non-null scalar

Resident days with a rent contract in the month, counted from move-in to move-out. A resident with overlapping rent contracts counts once per day.

OccupancyReportCell.residentDays ● [OccupancyReportResident!]! non-null object

The residents with present days in the cell. Empty if there are none.

OccupancyReportCell.residents ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar

The average number of residents: presenceDays divided by the days of the month.

OccupancyReportCell.revenue ● BigDecimal scalar

The invoiced amount in euro attributed to the cell: each resident's ambulant long-term care invoices of the month (§36 and private, whoever is billed; no §39, §37.3, §45b, SGB V or day care; no storno, drafts or invoices rejected by the payer) spread over his present days in the cells; an apartment with several labels gives each of its groups the full share. A resident's private invoices count less every position whose catalogue benefit belongs to another service area, such as a private day care charge, taken off once even where a Sozialamt takeover bills it on two invoices. Null in every cell while no resident's invoice of the month counts; once one does, zero in a cell whose residents have none.
