HrWorksParkLink

The connection between a residential park and an HR WORKS organisation unit.

The identifier is the only part of this that is stored on the park. The number and the name are read from HR WORKS on each request, so a unit renamed there is never reported under an old name.

Fields​

HrWorksParkLink.organizationUnitId ● HrWorksID! non-null scalar​

The stable identifier of the organisation unit in HR WORKS.

Matching uses this value rather than the name, because HR WORKS guarantees it does not change while a name can be edited at any time.

HrWorksParkLink.organizationUnitName ● String scalar​

The name of the organisation unit, as HR WORKS reports it now.

null under the same conditions as organizationUnitNumber.

HrWorksParkLink.organizationUnitNumber ● String scalar​

The number of the organisation unit, as HR WORKS reports it now.

null when HR WORKS no longer knows the unit — it may have been deleted there since the link was made — or when HR WORKS could not be reached. The link itself is still returned in that case, because it is a property of the park rather than of the connection.
