The Sozialhilfeträger bearing the client's Eigenanteil (REQ-CL-004.9, question 2). Recorded once for the whole time slice: adding it takes the Eigenanteil over in *every* Dienstbereich at once, and a Dienstbereich that should be excluded carries a SozialhilfetraegerScope deviation rather than the takeover being assembled area by area.

"Sozialamt" is one payer type for the payment logic — the örtlicher/überörtlicher Träger distinction of § 97 Abs. 3 SGB XII is recorded through name/address/kostenzusage.aktenzeichen rather than a second payer type (BR-10).
