StaffingPlanParameters

The tenant-wide parameters of the staffing plan: how many full-time equivalents (FTE) a park needs for the residents of its day care groups and for its ambulatory SGB XI clients, and when a month counts as under- or overstaffed. The values of the plan sheet apply while nothing is stored.

Fields​

StaffingPlanParameters.ambulantPointValue ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

Euros per point of the ambulatory SGB XI services. Default 0.0764, the value of Sachsen-Anhalt.

StaffingPlanParameters.ambulantStaffingFactor ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

Factor on the ambulatory staffing, 1 for none. Default 1.

StaffingPlanParameters.ambulantTravelFactor ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

Share of the paid time of an ambulatory employee that is care time rather than travel. Default 0.7.

StaffingPlanParameters.coverageGreenFrom ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

Coverage in percent from which a month is sufficiently staffed (green); between the two limits it is yellow. Default 100.

StaffingPlanParameters.coverageRedBelow ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

Coverage in percent below which a month is understaffed (red). Default 90.

StaffingPlanParameters.groups ● [StaffingGroupSetting!]! non-null object​

How each apartment group is staffed, by apartment label. A label without an entry is left out of the staffing target. Empty while nothing is stored.

StaffingPlanParameters.netWorkdays ● Int! non-null scalar​

Working days of a full-time employee per year after sickness, holidays and training. Default 193. One FTE is netWorkdays x weeklyHours / 5 hours a year.

StaffingPlanParameters.overstaffedFrom ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

Coverage in percent from which a month is overstaffed. Default 120.

StaffingPlanParameters.ratios ● [StaffingRatio!]! non-null object​

The staffing ratio per care degree 2 to 5, each exactly once. The nationwide target values while nothing is stored.

StaffingPlanParameters.referenceAnnualHours ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

The annual hours of a full-time employee the ratios are set for. Default 1616, a 40 hour week.

StaffingPlanParameters.weeklyHours ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

Hours of a full-time employee per week. Default 36.
