Fields​

OccupancyYearGroup.label ● ApartmentLabel object​

The label of the group. Null for the apartments without label ("Ohne Label").

OccupancyYearGroup.months ● [OccupancyYearMonth!]! non-null object​

Twelve entries, January first. A month without a stored result, and one in which the park had no resident in any group (it was not open yet), has null figures.

OccupancyYearGroup.yearToDate ● OccupancyYearMonth object​

The completed months of the year together: residents are the mean over the months with figures, the budget usage weighted over the months with a revenue (the sums, never the mean of percentages). month is the last completed month of the year. Null when no completed month has figures.
