BudgetOverride

An explicit override of a Dienstbereich's statutory or contracted budget ceiling (REQ-CL-004.17) — configuration, not a computed result. The fund still pays up to it and Beamtenbeihilfe still bases its percentage on it; nothing here compares the amount to actual costs or apportions anything. Meaningless (and rejected) for BERUFSGENOSSENSCHAFT, which pays without a cap, and for NO_COVERAGE.

Fields​

BudgetOverride.amount ● BigDecimal! non-null scalar​

The overriding amount. Never negative; zero requires reasonForZeroAmount.

BudgetOverride.reasonForZeroAmount ● String scalar​

Required when amount is zero: a budget of zero states that the fund pays nothing here, which is a claim about the entitlement rather than a cap to configure. Selbstbehalt deliberately does not ask for one — a Selbstbehalt of zero is plain configuration.
