The effective answer for one Dienstbereich: the Beteiligte, with this Dienstbereich's deviation applied. This is domain logic and is computed here — a client must never reassemble it, or the two would drift apart.

Statutorily fixed Dienstbereiche (§43b, §37.3) never appear in this list: their answer is not configurable and the absence of an entry *is* the specification (REQ-CL-004.15). See LockedServiceAreaBilling for what they resolve to at billing time.

ResolvedServiceArea.beihilfePercentage ● BigDecimal scalar​

The Beihilfe percentage (0-100) effective here, or null when no Beihilfe pays in this Dienstbereich. Beamtenbeihilfe pays *beside* the fund, so this never replaces leistungsseite.

ResolvedServiceArea.budgetOverride ● BudgetOverride object​

The effective budget override, or null when this Dienstbereich's statutory or contracted ceiling applies. The ceiling itself depends on the Pflegegrad and the Wohnpark's contract and is resolved by the billing logic, not here.

ResolvedServiceArea.deviates ● Boolean! non-null scalar​

True when this Dienstbereich carries a deviation and has therefore detached from the Beteiligte. A false value is the normal, fully answered state.

The statutory ceiling in force for this Dienstbereich, derived from the client's Pflegegrad on this slice's validFrom. Null on PRIVATE and SGB_V_HKP, which have no Pflegegrad-derived ceiling; null wherever leistungsseite resolved to BerufsgenossenschaftAnswer, which pays without a cap; and null when the client has no Pflegegrad recorded for this date. Not adjusted for budgetOverride — that field, not this one, is the ceiling actually in effect once a Dienstbereich detaches from the statutory table (REQ-CL-004.17).
