staffingReport

The staffing of one residential park in one month in detail: the target per apartment group and care degree, the specialist cap, the ambulatory part, the lower bound and the actual hours, as in staffingOverview. Read from stored results, nothing is computed on request.

month is any date within the month asked for, the day is ignored.

@auth checks analytics:report:view for the park; the service checks it first, then the tenant switch.

Refused with ANALYTICS_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_TENANT while Huskycare has not unlocked the analytics for the tenant, whatever permissions the caller holds.
