staffingOverview

The staffing of every residential park in one month: per park the target (Soll) in full-time equivalents (FTE) and hours per qualification tier, the actual hours (Ist) from the saved shift plan and from the attendance, how they compare and the traffic light.

Read from stored results, nothing is computed on request. The Soll is computed from the stored occupancy result of the month, the Ist from the stored staffing result: a month without the first has no Soll, a month without the second no Ist. Lists every park that is not archived and for which the caller holds analytics:report:view, ordered by park name.

month is any date within the month asked for, the day is ignored.

The input names no park, so @auth checks analytics:report:view tenant-wide. The service checks the same first and then lists only the parks the caller holds it for.

Refused with ANALYTICS_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_TENANT while Huskycare has not unlocked the analytics for the tenant, whatever permissions the caller holds.
