The analytics settings of the tenant. While nothing is stored, the defaults apply: 100 and 110.

Readable with analytics:report:view: the occupancy report colours its budget usage with them, and so does any other report that reads the same limits.

Refused with ANALYTICS_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_TENANT while Huskycare has not unlocked the analytics for the tenant, whatever permissions the caller holds.
