occupancyOverview

The occupancy of one group of apartments (one apartment label, e.g. "Wabe") across all residential parks, for one month and from January to that month: per park the average residents per care degree, the occupancy of the labelled apartments, the budget usage and a twelve-month trend, and an average row over the parks that count.

Read from the stored monthly results, nothing is computed on request: a month without a stored result shows no figures. Lists every park that is not archived and for which the caller holds analytics:report:view.

month is any date within the month asked for, the day is ignored.

The input names no park, so @auth checks analytics:report:view tenant-wide. The service checks the same first and then lists only the parks the caller holds it for.

Refused with ANALYTICS_NOT_AVAILABLE_FOR_TENANT while Huskycare has not unlocked the analytics for the tenant, whatever permissions the caller holds.
