residentialParksWithFeature

The active residential parks in which the current user holds the given feature, sorted by name. Wildcard features the user holds count, e.g. * matches every feature.

Backs the cross-park management lists, e.g. clientDirectory: whether to offer the list at all, and which parks its park filter offers.
