The HR WORKS organisation units the given residential park may be linked to.

Read live from HR WORKS, so a unit created there appears without anything having to be imported first.

A unit already linked to a *different* park is left out, because one unit feeding two parks would import the same people into both. The unit this park itself currently holds is included, so an existing link can be shown as the selected value rather than looking as though it had been removed.

Fails while hrWorksAvailable is false, like every other HR WORKS field.
