hrWorksSyncRuns

The most recent HR WORKS synchronisation run of each module that covered the given park.

Every run covers exactly one park, the nightly one included: it works through the linked parks one at a time. A run started for a *different* park is left out, because it reconciled nothing here and reporting it as this park's latest run would say the opposite.

Returns one entry per module that has ever run for this park, so a module that has never run is simply absent rather than reported as empty.
