socialFactoringParks

The residential parks of Management → SozialFactoring: every active park the caller may see and holds billing:factoring:send in — including parks that can never factor, so the overview can show why. Empty for a caller who holds the feature in no park.

Select clearingType, socialFactoringEnabled and socialFactoringStack on each park to tell the four cases apart: Direktabrechnung with factoring on (DIRECT_HUSKYCARE and socialFactoringEnabled), Direktabrechnung with factoring off, and the two clearing types that can never factor. The stacks of all parks are read in one batch.

The feature is checked per park, not on this field: a root list has no park of its own, so a directive here could only pass a caller holding the feature tenant-wide. Each park's socialFactoringStack carries the directive, and this query returns only parks it passes for.
