TransportNonUseTreatment

What happens on a day the client travelled under their own arrangement — Transport Model OWN_TRANSPORT (REQ-CP-023.8). Never applies to NONE: a client residing where day care is delivered makes no journey and has saved the facility nothing.

TransportNonUseTreatment.CLIENT_CREDIT​

The client is credited a configured amount per day. Hessen. Requires nonUseAmount.

TransportNonUseTreatment.NOTHING​

The tariff attaches to a journey that did not happen, so no amount arises. NRW, NI, BY, RP, HB, SN, BB, TH.

TransportNonUseTreatment.PARTIAL_CHARGE​

A configured share is billed anyway, graded by notice period. Baden-Württemberg. Requires nonUseAmount and nonUseNoticeDays.

TransportNonUseTreatment.UNREGULATED​

The Landesrahmenvertrag is silent; a service boundary with no monetary consequence. Distinct from NOTHING: a default an individual Vergütungsvereinbarung may override. BE, MV, SL, ST, HH, SH.
