A group has residents in the planned month but none in the base months, so it is left out.

RevenuePlanHintKind.GROUP_WITHOUT_LABEL_NOT_PLANNED​

The apartments without label are not planned: a plan setting belongs to an apartment label, so there is nothing to set up for them. Their actual revenue still counts. The hint has no label.

RevenuePlanHintKind.GROUP_WITHOUT_PLAN_SETTING​

The tenant has not said how the group is planned, so it is left out. Its actual revenue still counts.

RevenuePlanHintKind.NO_COMPARISON​

Nothing to compare with: the park has no completed live month with residents in the base months.
