Type com.regiocom.healthcare.model.types.LeistungsseiteDeviationType The three ways a single Dienstbereich may answer "who pays the Leistung" differently from the Beteiligte (REQ-CL-004.8). STATUTORY_FUND is absent on purpose: the fund is never restated per Dienstbereich — a row that should follow the Kasse simply carries no deviation and stays coupled to it, so a later change of fund is picked up by every untouched row.

A private insurer; the overhang beyond its budget falls to question 2.
